Workout 10/26/16
Squat 5×3 115lbs deloaded by 5lbs
Overhead Press 76lbs 4×3 1×2
76lbs seems to be my cutoff point; not sure why, 72 and 74 go so well and then 76 is like what happened. I’ve lost all my strength :/ but I actually did really good this time but I still missed one, the very last one! Lame but hey I’m  getting stronger.
Deadlift 190lbs 3×3 Whew got this one done tonight, incredibly hard but a new PR : ) 🙂
