Tonight I went to the gym for my normal strength training session and lifted a 185lb deadlift PR for 3×3 sets 🙂
Felt much better this time than my attempt over the Winter; my back doesn’t hurt and I’m now using the hook grip so my fingers and palms are not ripped to shreds. I refuse to wear to gloves so yeah. No need for those.
I can’t wait to reach my major goal of 200lbs! Just 15lbs to go!
